To the Editor:
I just received the list of college acceptances to be updated again.
As a parent, I strongly object to printing such a detailed list. The entire process of college admission can be stressful. I am sure there are some seniors who feel uncomfortable with not seeing their name on the lists for various schools, especially the students who are going to schools that do not have “competitive” admissions. If you want to print a list, I’d recommend just staying with a list of the college names, without itemizing who got in where. The people who really want to know all that information, probably already found out on Facebook.
