Ezra Helfand, Executive Editor and Magazine Editor-in-Chief
Ezra Helfand, 12th grade, joined the Boiling Point during his freshman year, working on layout and graphic design. In his sophomore year, he became the Graphics Editor, as a junior, he became the Chief Layout Editor, and now he works as the Executive Editor, managing everything visual and production of the print paper. He has received design awards from JSPA, NSPA, and Quill & Scroll. Outside of Boiling Point, Ezra is captain of the Mock Trial team and the Chief Design Editor with the Shalhevet Literary Magazine. Outside of school, Ezra is on the Shalom Task Force (Purple Force), which focuses on fostering healthy relationships.
