7:01 pm: Mazal Tov! The Oscar for Actor in a Supporting Role goes to Christopher Plummer!

6:57 pm: Can anyone say 4th time winner? I can! This is Hugo’s 4th award for the night.

6:56 pm: And the Oscar for Visual Effects goes to…Rob Legato, Joss Williams, Ben Grossman and Alex Hennin for their work in Hugo!

6:54 pm: Emma Stone is adorable! She’s my favorite presenter by far tonight!

6:26 pm: The Oscar for Sound Editing goes to Philip Stockton and Eugene Gearty for their work on Hugo!

6:24 pm: The Film Editing Oscar goes to Kirk Baxter and Angus Wall for their work on Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

6:22 pm: Tina Fey and Bradley Cooper are on stage. I can’t wait to hear what they have to say.

6:07 pm: The Oscar for Foreign Language Film goes to A Separation, an Iranian Film. DARN! Israel didn’t win.

6:06 pm: Sandra Bullock, that was totally German…

5:57pm: Mark Coulier and J. Roy Hellan win the Oscar for Makeup for the movie The Iron Lady.

5:56 pm: The Oscar for Costume Design goes to Mark Bridges for The Artist. That movie did have beautiful clothing!

5:54 pm: Billy Crystal is too old to make such crude sexual innuendo.

5:43 pm: The Oscar for Cinematography goes to Robert Richardson for his work on the movie Hugo.

5:41 pm: The stage is decorated beautifully!

5:37 pm: I like this guy, Billy Crystal. He’s funny.

5:34 pm: Legendary comic talent Billy Crystal stars in the annual movie montage spoof. It’s hilarious!

5:30 pm: Morgan Freeman opens up the evening with his beautiful words of wisdom.
